His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the State of Qatar, has sent a message of congratulations to Honorable Mahinda Rajapaksa, Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the above occasion.
