As part of the State of Qatar’s humanitarian efforts to alleviate the suffering needy families during the holy month of Ramadan, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in cooperation with Qatar Charity office in Colombo distributed food baskets to needy families on Thursday (06).

The event was held in the presence of the Chargé d' Affaires at the Embassy, Mr. Ali Salim Al-Nuaimi, and the Director of the Qatar Charity office in Sri Lanka, Mr. Mahmoud Abu Khalifa.
