The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Colombo celebrated the National Day of the State of Qatar on Tuesday (18/12/2018) at the Hilton Hotel in Colombo.

The celebrations held with the participation of Hon. Minister Rauff Hakeem, Leader of Sri Lanka Muslim Congress as the chief guest, Hon. Karu Jayasuriya, Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, and a large number of Members of the Sri Lankan Parliament.

The celebrations also attended by Diplomatic Corps, Heads of International Organizations accredited to Sri Lanka and senior government officials, as well as a large number of businessmen, media personnel and dignitaries in the Sri Lankan community.
