On the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar which falls on December 18, the Embassy organized a Reception Ceremony at the ITC Ratnadipa Hotel in Colombo.Hon. Harshana Nanayakara, Minister of Justice and National Integration of Sri Lanka, participated as the chief guest of this event. A number of Minsters and Members of the Parliament of Sri Lanka graced this occasion.

 

The celebration was also attended by Heads of Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations accredited to Sri Lanka and Senior Government officials, a large number of businessmen, media personnel and dignitaries in the Sri Lankan community.
